Please note that to qualify for membership you will be required to pay a registration fee and annual dues.  

Fill the registration form here where you can specify the level of membership you require. Kindly state the email address to where your invoice should be sent to.

For Companies, please kindly email (info@ctbccam.org) us more details about your company:

1. Year of creation;
2.  A brief description about your business activity;
3. List 3 of your top clients;
4. Your annual turnover.

...and furnish us with the following documents: (scanned copies will suffice):

1. Business license (Registre de commerce)
2. Tax Payer’s Card (Carte Contribuable)
3. Localization Plan (Plan de localization)
4. Bank Domiciliation Attestation (Attestation de domiciliation bancaire)
5. Attestation of Non-Indebtedness (Attestation de non-redevance)
6. A request to join the council on your company headed paper signed and stamped by the General Manager/equivalent of the company.

Please fill out the form and indicate what membership type you require, after which we will send you an invoice.
