Newly Appointed Executive Director, Etonde Martin Ndoping
Etonde Martin Ndoping has been appointed the Executive Director of the Cameroon Türkiye Business Council with effect from December 2020. Etonde holds an International Business Administration and Marketing degree from the United States International University in Nairobi and North Central College in Naperville Illionis. She comes to the CTBC with a wealth of experience in Public Relations, Sales, Digital Marketing and Event Planning.
Etonde was an External Sales Coordinator at DAMCO, generating leads and closing deals with multinationals in Cameroon and Central Africa. Prior to DAMCO she was an Accounts Manager with an Oracle partner in Cameroon, Catalyst Business Solutions where she covered West and Central francophone Africa from Douala, Cameroun. As Account Manager, she managed the sales and implementation process of business solutions including upselling and upgrades, notably the implementation of a state of the art HR solution system at the NATIONAL REFINERY COMPANY, SONARA.
Etonde is also CEO and Owner of the renowned corporate sales and event planning company SHERAIZ DELIGHTZ based in Douala. The company has an extensive portfolio and network of notable large corporate client on its books.
Mrs Ndoping will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day activities of the council including but not limited to recruiting new members, determining members’ business problems while operating in Cameroon, being the advocate for members at the government and diplomatic levels, researching and bringing forth activities that enhance members’ business success in the Cameroon region.
The CTBC seeks to be the leading bilateral business, trade and investment facilitator between the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Türkiye. With Etonde’s network and experience in problem-solving and solution generation, she will be a great asset to the council and a perfect liaison between the embassy, the government and its stakeholders.
Etonde is married to Serge Ndoping and they both live in Douala, Cameroon.
