Building up towards the AFCON2021
With the Total Energies African Cup of Nations (CAN2021) hosted by Cameroon almost at kick-off and with Türkiye's great interest in Sports and Sports Infrastructures, The Turkish Ambassador to the Republic of Cameroon together with the President of CTBC hosted the President of the Cameroon Olympic Federation at the Ambassador's office in Yaounde on Tuesday the 7th of December for a quick discussion and exchange on the opportunities that lie in the upcoming event.
The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (also referred to as AFCON 2021 or CAN 2021), known as the TotalEnergies 2021 Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons, is scheduled to be the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial international men's football championship of Africa organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The tournament is scheduled to be hosted by Cameroon, and will take place from 9 January to 6 February 2022.
